As the Bible training program developed we saw God move in great ways as the students of the program went out into their respective communities; churches grew, there were more new believers and ultimately livelihoods were improving too. This was great, however, we started to notice issues arising with the leaders of the communities; as they were so busy trying to meet the needs of their ministry and congregation, they were starting to get burnt out and having problems in their own family.

Therefore, we came up with a plan to have multiple symposiums a year with the sole purpose of listening to each of the leaders talk about their lives and ministry, then praying for and encouraging them. Mixed in with some additional Bible and leadership training too.
